Note on the nighttime environment:
Please be aware that due to the vibrant nightlife in the surrounding area, there may occasionally be music or increased noise levels at night. For a more restful sleep, earplugs are provided in your room.

Important!

Please note: Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Items such as cotton swabs, tampons, sanitary pads, wet wipes, or similar products must not be disposed of in the toilet. Due to the installed lifting system, improper disposal of these items can quickly lead to severe blockages, causing significant damage and costly repairs. Please use the provided bin for these items.

Failure to comply will result in a maintenance charge of €250, which will be billed to the guest. Parents are responsible for their children.

House Rules

1. Contractual Basis || These house rules form part of the accommodation agreement and

are accepted upon entering the hotel.

2. Check-in/Check-out || Check-in from 4:00 PM || Check-out by 11:00 AM

3. Quiet Hours || 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM || Please keep noise to a minimum.

4. Night-time Environment || Noise from nearby venues may occur. || No refunds will be granted.

5. Smoking || Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. || Allowed only in designated outdoor areas. ||

Violation: minimum €250 cleaning fee.

6. Visitors/Room Use || Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted. ||

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. || Commercial and all illegal activities in the rooms are prohibited (drug consumption, prostitution, etc.)"

7. Pets || Not allowed. Assistance animals upon prior arrangement.

8. Cleaning || No daily or interim cleaning during the stay.

9. Breakfast || Breakfast is provided in an external café across the street. ||

Not part of the hotel operation.

10. Safety || Follow fire safety rules, keep escape routes clear, and lock your room.

11. Video Surveillance || Public areas are under video surveillance.

12. Liability || The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings.

13. Damages/Special Cleaning || Damages or excessive soiling must be reported immediately. ||

Costs will be charged to the guest.

14. Toilet Use || Only toilet paper may be flushed. || No hygiene products or wipes. ||

15. Parents || Parents are responsible for their children.

16. E-Bikes/Batteries || Charging inside the building is not permitted.

17. House Authority || Management may cancel bookings or issue a ban in case of violations.
