Who has to fill out the registration form?
– Guests who have booked through a third-party website like Agoda, Check24, Expedia... etc. -If registration form is not filled, no check-in information (like the door codes) can be send to the guest.
– Only guests who are not German citizens are legally required to fill out and sign the registration form.
– If you would like to use the Lake Constance Card, the registration form is required for all guests, regardless of nationality.
Important information when filling out the form:
– The form works on any device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop).
– For bookings for two people, two fields will be displayed. If you are traveling alone, simply enter your details in both fields.
– For children: If the date of birth is not accepted for technical reasons, please enter a year of birth over 18 (e.g., 1990).
– If the registration form does not load: Please try again later or use a different device or browser.
– No confirmation email: If you were able to submit the form, everything has been entered correctly. There is no automatic confirmation.
– If our system shows the amount as outstanding: The payment from the booking platform has not yet been transferred to us. In this case, you do not need to do anything else.

On the day of arrival at 4:00 p.m., you will automatically receive your personal check-in information via text message and email, including the door PIN for your room and the hotel entrance.
Parking:
- Free parking is available under the bridge at Fürstenberg train station and on Bücklestraße.
- In addition, the Park & Ride car park opposite is free to use from 9:00 a.m. on Fridays to midnight on Sundays.
- Bicycles can be parked in front of the hotel, but there is no separate bicycle storage room.
Breakfast: If you have booked breakfast, we serve it daily from 9:30 a.m. in the neighboring Café Heimathafen, located at Cherisy-Straße 3, 78467 Konstanz. You can order à la carte for €20.55. Please reserve your desired time in advance by calling +49 7531 9217140.
