Where is Chérisy Hotel located?
Joseph-Belli-Weg 1-3, 78467 Konstanz. Chérisy Hotel is located in Konstanz, Fürstenberg, right next to the Fürstenberg train- and bus station. Check out the section "About Chérisy" for more information on the area!
What room types do you offer?
We offer a variety of room types, including single rooms, double rooms, twin rooms, superior rooms, and suites. All rooms are modernly equipped and feature amenities such as free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms.
Is parking available?
We offer car parking for 10 euro/night. Contact customer service for information about availability and booking. Alternatively you can conveniently park under the bridge at Fürstenberg Station. Simply use one of the available parking spaces, which are free of charge for you. Alternatively, you can also park on Bücklestraße.

From Friday 9 AM to Sunday midnight, you can also park for free at the Park & Ride parking lot across from the hotel.

When will I receive my door PIN?
You will receive your door PIN on the day of arrival at 4:00 PM. This PIN provides access to both the main entrance and your room as well as the elevator.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Currently, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out options. Flexible options may be available upon request.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?

Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, guests can enjoy breakfast at the nearby Café Heimathafen.
Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?
Yes, Chérisy Hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel, including the guest rooms.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Chérisy Hotel.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly through our website.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards. Only online payment is possible.

How can I reach the hotel?
The hotel is easily accessible by public transport, and is situated right next to the Fürstenberg train- and bus station. The buses 2, 3, 12, 12/3 and N stop by the station Fürstenberg. There is also convenient access to the motorway for guests traveling by car.
Are there quiet hours in the hotel?
Yes, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please avoid unnecessary noise in rooms and hallways during this time.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of 250 euros will be charged for violations.

1. Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 4:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM
2. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Please keep noise to a minimum in rooms and hallways
3. Night-time Environment: Guests have been informed in advance of potential noise from nearby venues | No refunds for noise disturbance of the night-time environment
4. Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors | Allowed only in designated outdoor areas | €250 cleaning fee for violations
5. Visitors: Overnight stays by unregistered visitors are not permitted
6. Pets: Not allowed. Assistance animals welcome after prior arrangement
7. Safety: Follow fire safety rules | Keep escape routes clear | Lock your room when leaving
8. Liability: The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings stored or left in the hotel
9. Guest Conduct: Please be respectful to staff and other guests
10. Damage: Any damages must be reported immediately | Costs for repairs or cleaning will be charged to the guest
11. Toilet Use: Only toilet paper may be flushed | Do not flush cotton swabs, tampons, pads, wet wipes, or similar items | Use trash bins provided | Violations: €250 maintenance fee
12. Parents: Parents are responsible for the actions and behavior of their children

14. House Authority: Management may cancel bookings or issue a ban for violations
