Where is Chérisy Hotel located?
Chérisy Hotel is located in the heart of Konstanz, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Constance and the Old Town. The exact address is Joseph-Belli-Weg 1-3, 78467 Konstanz.
What room types do you offer?
We offer a variety of room types, including single rooms, double rooms, twin rooms, superior rooms, and suites. All rooms are modernly equipped and feature amenities such as free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms.
Is parking available?
We offer car parking for 10 euro/night. Contact reception for information about availability and booking. Alternatively you can conveniently park under the bridge at Fürstenberg Station. Simply use one of the available parking spaces, which are free of charge for you. Alternatively, you can also park on Bücklestraße.

From Friday 9 AM to Sunday midnight, you can also park for free at the Park & Ride parking lot across from the hotel.

When will I receive my door PIN?
You will receive your door PIN on the day of arrival at 4:00 PM. This PIN provides access to both the main entrance and your room.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Currently, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out options.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
At the moment, the elevator is not operational, but it will be available in a few weeks.
Is there a kitchen available?
We do not currently have a kitchen available for guests, but a communal kitchen will be accessible in the coming weeks.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, guests can enjoy breakfast at the nearby Café Heimathafen.
Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?
Yes, Chérisy Hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel, including the guest rooms.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Chérisy Hotel.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly through our website.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Flexible options may be available upon request.

The hotel is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest bus stop is close by, and Konstanz main station is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There is also convenient access to the motorway for guests traveling by car.
Are there quiet hours in the hotel?
Yes, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please avoid unnecessary noise in rooms and hallways during this time.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of 250 euros will be charged for violations.
